Credit Card Security
You can rest easy knowing, all transactions are SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protected. Your information and your donors information are securely transmitted during the processing of all payments. Stripe is a PCI Service Provider Level 1 which is the highest grade of payment processing security. You can rest assured that your donors information is safe and secure. All credit card numbers are encrypted and safely stored in Stripe’s state of the art data-center. This ensures both the security and integrity of your donors information.
Split Payments
If you would like to split your payment between two or more cards, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
Customs, Tax, and Tax Exemption
We collect sales tax where we are required to by law, and as such the amount will vary depending on zip code or postal code. If your shipping address is changed after your order is placed, the difference in tax rate will need to be charged/refunded. Any applicable taxes will be clearly shown at checkout.
For our customers with tax-exempt status, please place your order on our site as usual. When you receive your order confirmation email, please reply with a photocopy/photo of your relevant certificates, forms and/or ID cards. Our payments team will analyze your documents and, if approved, will submit a refund for the taxes paid retroactively.
When We Charge Payment
You will be charged for your order when you place it. If for any reason you decide to cancel before your order processes and ships, you’ll be refunded in full.
Reserved Stock
Stock is only reserved once payment is complete, so if you notice the order is showing as out of stock on your confirmation email someone else may have snapped up the last unit before you completed payment. Additionally, this applies to orders with products that are currently out of stock: payment indicates the item is reserved for you on the next available incoming shipment.
Confirmation
A confirmation email will be sent to you shortly after you place your order. If you have not received it within a few hours of placing your order, check your spam folder. If you still don’t see it, please contact us.
