When you shop at C-Decor, we want to make sure your experience is a positive one from the placing of your order right through to the final delivery of your order! Here’s what you should do upon delivery of your order

Step 1: Carefully inspect your product(s) to ensure there are no visible signs of damage.

If the product is damaged, but the item is structurally intact and usable:

– You should accept delivery of the item and sign the delivery receipt from the delivery company with the notation “Damaged on Arrival”.

If the product has structural damage and is completely unusable:

– You should refuse delivery of the damaged item and inform the delivery company representative that the item is being refused due to damages. Be sure to take photos of the damages before refusing delivery as you will need this when submitting your claim.

Please note that if you ordered multiple items, you should only refuse delivery of the damaged item(s). If you refuse the entire shipment including undamaged items, you will be responsible for accepting re-delivery of the undamaged items and may be charged a re-delivery fee for these items.

Step 2: Take pictures or video to document the damage.

Step 3: Submit a claim through our online claims reporting system. To submit your claim, you will need to login to your C-Decor account and go to “Claims Reports” and then select “Submit a New Claim”. Please complete this form in full and provide as much detail as possible. For all claims involving damage or defects, we require that you upload clear pictures or video to support your claim.

All claims must be submitted within two (2) calendar days from the date of delivery as confirmed by the postal tracking number to be valid.

Step 4: Upon approval of your claim, C-Decor, at its discretion and depending on the nature of the damages, will either courier replacement parts to you, ship a replacement to you, or pay reasonable and customary labor rates to repair or replace the defective parts using a repair center designated by C-Decor. If you do not wish to accept any of these resolutions to your claim, you will be responsible for returning the item(s) to us in order for us to process and issue your refund
