Our Standard Shipping service includes delivery of your furniture to the outside ground-floor door of your home or building (or curbside delivery if accessibility to the entrance is limited or obstructed). This service level does not include any unpacking or assembly of items.
Please note that our upholstered seating products (i.e. sofas, sectionals, etc.) either require no assembly at all or very minimal light assembly; if light assembly is required, it typically means that the legs will simply need to be screwed on or fastened, which is quite easy to do as you can imagine.
Typically shipped using ground or economy services from Small Parcel Couriers such as FedEx, UPS, Canada Post.
To deliver your furniture to inside your home or up a flight of stairs, we also offer the following upgraded shipping options:

Important Things to Note:
In-store Pickup: FREE
You can arrange to pick up your order in-store and save on shipping costs.
Step 1: Your order gets picked up from our warehouse by carrier.
A Shipping confirmation will be emailed to let you know your order has been shipped.
Step 2: Delivery appointment scheduled
Once your order arrives at the local delivery terminal, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery date and appointment window. When you receive your tracking number, the carrier will be specified. If you have any special delivery instructions, we recommend placing a note on your door on the delivery date with your name, request, and tracking number.
If you are not available for a scheduled delivery appointment, the carrier will contact you to re-deliver the item at a different date. You are responsible to arrange a new delivery date in a reasonable time with the carrier to avoid the item being returned to us for credit under our Return Policy. In the event re-delivery is required, you will be responsible for all re-delivery charges. Orders returned to us due to non-scheduling of delivery or missed delivery will result in a 20% restocking fee.
Step 3: Delivery Day: Your order has arrived!
Your signature will be required upon delivery. Please carefully inspect the package upon arrival. In the rare case that an item arrives damaged, please review our Instructions for Receiving Delivery for detailed instructions on what to do so we can best help you.
