Even though estimated e-commerce sale of furniture for 2019 is $46.9 billion, we recognize that some of our customers are new to buying furniture online and may be having a hard time making a decision without actually sitting in or seeing our products in person. Therefore at C-Decor, We want all our customers to be 100% confident when purchasing a product by providing flexible return policy, high resolution pictures and videos, and opportunity to check our products before buying. We stand by the quality of our products and the service we deliver. Our hassle-free return policy makes your purchase a no-risk purchase. No Risk Returns:
Be assured that you can change your mind once your furniture arrives. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us to get a return authorization. If you contact us within 15 days of receiving your product, we will issue you a full refund minus all shipping charges (Shipping Fees paid plus the full cost of Return Shipping). Please contact us for a current quote on Return Shipping costs for your area. If you contact us after 15 days, unfortunately we will not be able to accept any returns. Once you receive a return authorization, we will arrange for the pickup of the product and will have it shipped back to our warehouse for inspection to ensure the product is undamaged and in new condition. We will then process your request and issue a refund.
When you receive the product, please keep the packaging on hand to make for an easier return process; we’ll arrange the rest. Without the original packaging, we will not be able to accept your return. If you have requested assembly service, you are still responsible for retaining the original packaging. Returns will only be accepted if the product is undamaged and in new condition and packaged in its original packaging. Products that have scratches, stains, damages, drilling or assembled or any other codifications will not be returnable.
Please note that all purchases at the warehouse, and customizable made-to-order products, which include our customizable sofas, sectionals, loveseats, armchairs, and ottomans, any changes to the products standard default dimensions or upgrading will make your order Final Sale and therefore not returnable or refundable under our Return and Refund Policy. The use of Customers Own Materials will also make your order Final Sale.
